We appreciated the rooms and service and nice prices. This hotel met needs well! We dined at Authentic Chapati Hut, that is just 500 feet away.

Excellent, friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Slightly difficult location which made taxi the only really practical means of access.

Everything at this hotel was top-notch. The staff were charming, assistance was very quickly forthcoming, and a late check-out until 3pm was given. The breakfast was excellent.
I wish all hotels would be less parsimonious with their tea-bags - one per guest seems unduly mean. The fact that the hotel is new meant that two return taxi-trips took about one hour longer than they should, since the drivers did not know how to find the hotel - I believe that the management is dealing with this problem.

Free shuttle services to the shopping mall and the travel attractions. very clean and good services. There are many rooms for family friendly. beauitful outdoor swimming pool that you can see the night life at night.
Position of tje hotel...it's a liitle bit hard to walk around but there is a free shuttle service can provide.

The 2 bed rooms suite is very big and clean. The service is excellent. The swimming pool is big and breakfast is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.
The accessibility to hotel is a bit difficult. May have trouble if do not drive.

Location is typical , Hotel Marketing team needs to more work on Marketing & Awareness to Taxi Drivers & KL Sentral peoples about hotels, such as there iare no proper route direction from main KL Sentral stations & mall etc.

It's so great hotel and rooms so so nice and big with beautiful decoration and service staff so friendly and helpful food delicious and car for each customer in best way if i travel to Kuala Lumpur again i will stay there for sure

The room was really comfortable and clean. very modern design. The staff were friendly. In general I like it and surely I will stay in this hotel in future if gone to malaysia.
I had problem with the A.C it was not working properly. we had to switch it on from the board each time we get in.

Cleanliness and size of the hotel room.
1. Location - No access to food within walking distance. 2. Location - Difficult to identify entry to the hotel for the first time, even with GPS. Follow the taxi for the final U-turn. 3. Breakfast - Dim sum/porridge are below par on taste.
